While they are not the only Microbrewery in Bishkek, Save the Ales was the first successful craft brewery in Kyrgyzstan and started a trend of upcoming small brewpub bars. In the summertime the nice beer garden outside is open. The brewpub itself is small and basic but has everything you expect from an independent underground craft brewery. They now have a second restaurant room and offer full food services. The restaurant uses beer a a stock ingredient. The beer range variates, but Pale Ale, Red Ale, Stout and IPA are standards, available most of the time.
Save the Ales opened in 2016 and for some reason the fact that the microbrewery if fully operated by women as caught some international attention.
This crafts brewery is very different from older and well established microbreweries like Steinbräu Bishkek. This location is way more independent, underground and alternative than the much larger beer hall.
